XROMAN converts decimal integers up to 99.999.999 to their roman
equivalent and roman numbers up to 3.999 to decimal. Just enter
the number to convert at the prompt or at the input line.

I got the idea from a BASIC programm found in DOS International,
a german computerzine. (It is mostly quite easy to convert a
proggy from BASIC to BTM). As always, I could not resist to add
a lot of code for my beloved " look and feel ", which you will
recognize if you have already downloaded 4XBTM4 or 4XMENU, 2
btm packages you can find in the 4DOS lib of Compuserve ( this
translates as DO IT, if you have not already done it! <g> ).

The second part (roman to dec) is an adaptation of a nice btm I
received in response to Version 1, which I adapted and wrote into
XROMAN.
